Who we are

HR team discussing talent strategy

Exceltria is the hiring journal. We track how recruiting actually works inside specific industries, not just the broad strokes everyone else covers. Our readers are recruiters, HR leaders, and staffing agency owners who hire for one or two niches and need information built for that reality.

Why we started Exceltria

Workforce analytics and talent strategy research

Most recruiting content treats hiring as one job. It is not. Hiring a welder is not like hiring a software engineer. Hiring a nurse is not like hiring a sales rep. The sourcing channels differ. The screening questions differ. The timelines and the salary expectations differ too.

The market shifted fast.

Research reports and workforce data flat lay

And AI pushed it faster.

Three professionals representing skilled workforce sectors

We built Exceltria to close that gap. Every guide we publish is written for a specific niche, with the data, sourcing tactics, and benchmarks that niche actually needs.

What we cover

Cross-industry hiring materials and candidate profiles

We organize our research around the hiring problems recruiters face inside their niche, including:

  • Where to find qualified candidates when the talent pool is small
  • How to write job posts that speak the language of a specific trade or profession
  • What current market data says about pay, time-to-fill, and turnover by industry
  • Which sourcing and outreach tools fit niche recruiting, and how to use them well

How we research

Recruiter using talent analytics dashboard

We hold every article to the same standard. Claims need a source, and the source needs to be current. We draw on labor market research from groups like Yale SOM, industry data from firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte, and PwC, and behavioral and sourcing data from tools like SignalHire. We do not cite outdated statistics, and we do not cite competitors as authorities on their own category.

Who we serve

Recruiter using labor market analytics platform

  • Independent recruiters specializing in one or two industries
  • In-house HR teams hiring for hard-to-fill or unusual roles
  • Staffing agency owners who need sharper sourcing strategy, not generic advice

Our standards

Employee retention quote in office setting

  1. We write in plain language.
  2. We back claims with current data.
  3. We update articles when the market shifts instead of leaving stale numbers online.
  4.  And we are upfront about which tools we use in our own research,

Most importantly, readers can judge our recommendations for themselves.
